Join WTA consultant, Judd Lee, as he travels to Northern Alberta for a Lodge based Western Canadian moose hunt.

This hunt takes place in the game-rich dense hardwoods of Northern Alberta.  The hunting area encompasses over 500 square miles of prime moose habitat that is comprised of hardwoods, lakes, rivers, and wetlands.  All hunts are fully guided 1×1 or 2×1 by experienced guides with a passion for hunting trophy bulls during the rut. Hunting methods may include driving logging roads, glassing clear cuts, and spot and stalk hunting. Historically speaking, the peak rut starts at the end of September and goes through early October.  During this time, the bulls are often very receptive to calls, its not uncommon for hunters to experience close encounters with bulls creating shot opportunities under 100 yards. Past hunters have experienced high shot opportunities on mature bulls measuring from 30 – 40+ inches.  Accommodations are a comfortable double occupancy rustic lodge and home-cooked meals will be served daily. This is a very limited opportunity at a great price. Give WTA a call today.
